Rode tonight with Jeff. The wind was absolutely brutal on this otherwise nice evening.

Wednesday and Thursday

I got rained out Wednesday. Halfway around Haines point I found myself stuck in a pretty violent thunderstorm that crept on up on me. It was a bit scary. I booked it home.

Thursday I rode with Jeff and Tom. We cranked out 25 miles at a good pace -- about 17.5.

Sunday hills

On Sunday my legs were pretty beat, but I went out for a ride anyway. Only 12 miles, but all hills. This was the first time I rode through the ghetto to try riding the hills at the National Arboretum. It was worth it.

Saturday ride

Rode hard Saturday. Did 22 miles including the hill on the way up to the cathedral.

Friday ride

It was hot as heck last night. 24 miles...

Wednesday ride

17 miles this evening...the heat finally broke.

Tuesday ride

Didn't have much time last night, so I only rode 15 miles. I sprinted the whole thing...finishing in about 50 minutes. Felt good.
